“Great location, beautiful property. The breakfast was amazing. This is located front row seat to the beach. Parking costs, but is super easy. The rooms are clean and cozy. There's a common room with a bar that is great for reading a book. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“What a shame - this is a nice enough hotel in a cute resort however the staff and service levels are not up to scratch - charging for drinking water in the room and pool towels, only giving us a key per person after we complained, being asked to choose between a towel or a bath robe in the (expensive) spa, charging for use of the indoor spa pool (reason that we booked), refusing to give us muesli for breakfast in case the other guests also asked. It became a running joke during the week that we……

“早餐簡單美味，海景超越，職員友善熱情。位置優越，到海灘1分鐘路程。”

“Personal muy atento, hotel bien ubicado, piscina espaciosa y muy grata.”

“A wonderful "not to be missed" unique hotel experience in the mountains. The hotel seamlessly weaves local art and culture with five star amenities. A must go to in the area, restaurants are sublime, the best lunch we had in our five weeks at their fish restaurant. Everything about this hotel screams five stars.”

“Clean, well maintained building. Staff was very kind and helpful. Will be back soon!”

“The staff and property and views were great.”

“Prachtige kamer superior met geweldig balkon en dito uitzicht”

“Service was excellent. Great professional friendly staff. Communication was great. Very helpful and accommodating. Location is good, too. Central. Breakfast service was very nice to start a day. Hotel itself is old tho.. Although nicely maintained. Bathroom was tight. Especially the shower was tiny...”

“This resort was the biggest disapointment ever. Place is dirty, not well maintanance, not well organize. But the biggest problem is stuff. Employes are rude to customers and very lasy. Especialy very rude was the waitress selling the ice cream by the pool. Very offten she was not there, very offten with her phone behind the bar and not respond to a greating and sentence I do not care was not an exeption. When I saw FALKENSTEINER - that was the main reason to book this resort, but It was the……

“Loved the little bungalow type rooms with ivy hanging down. Very quiet property”

“Whilst a reasonable short cut walk to town views were worth it. Hotel had feel of family run and they must spend a lot of time in gardens, they were immaculate. Breakfast was excellent. Room was above average. Parking was off street and secure I would stay again”

“Très bon hébergement. L’endroit est propre et calme. Le personnel est serviable et accueillant.”

“Awesome service…David was so friendly and helpful!! A nice central location to restaurants, beaches and travel access!”
